Welcome to The $1,000,000 Challenge (“the Show”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing and using our website, submitting an application, or interacting with our content in any form, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.

1. Eligibility Applicants must: Be at least 18 years old Be a legal resident of the United States Agree to a future background check if selected Submitting false information will result in disqualification.

2. No Upfront Fee Required Submitting an application is free of charge. If you are shortlisted, you will be contacted via email with further instructions and payment information.

3. Nature of This Project This is a conceptual entertainment project intended to test public interest in a potential game show. We are not affiliated with MrBeast, MrBeast Burger, Feastables, or any associated brands. The use of his likeness or name is for illustrative inspiration only.

4. No Guaranteed Participation Filling out the form does not guarantee selection. Final casting decisions are at the sole discretion of the Show’s producers.

5. Refund Policy Any payment made after selection may be refundable within 5 business days if filming has not started. Beyond that point, all payments are final and non-refundable.

6. Content Ownership If selected and filmed, you grant us the right to use your name, likeness, voice, and submitted materials in connection with the show’s production, promotion, and distribution.

7. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that may arise from participation, including but not limited to travel, communication errors, or disputes.

8. Governing Law These terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
